Use Bike-Mounted iPhone Speaker to Fill the Bike Lane With Daft Punk [IPhone]

Riding you bike while listening to tunes is a great feeling. The sun on your face, music filling your ear holes. The Fruit Shop iPhone Horn Bike mount helps fill those holes without covering your ears and ignoring potentially dangerous sounds on the road.

The silicone Horn Bike case has, you guessed it, a horn at the bottom that amplifies your iPhone's audio output. According to the Fruit Shop, the Horn Bike will increase the iPhone's volume output by 13db. Strap the case to almost any bike with the simple velcro strap on the back, and you can finally pump up the jams while peddling. Yup, all those other cyclists are gonna love you when you're cruising down the road blaring Justin Bieber's Baby. Also, you can make use of all those bicycle apps you downloaded.

This Could Be the Pocket Speaker that Doesn't Totally Blow [Speakers]

Portable speakers sacrifice sound quality for size. That will always be the case. But some really sacrifice. Soundmatters' foxLv2 Platinum Bluetooth speaker, however, promises big sound in a little package.

The foxLv2 builds on the previous technology of previous foxL speakers, which include a passive bass radiator and a driver that combines the tweeter and woofer. Designed by a former NASA scientist, the foxLv2 promises increased battery life and improved audio quality, which Soundmatters attributes to the CSR apx-X audio codec they're using for Bluetooth streaming.

The Bose Chihuahua Is Supposed to Be a Super Small Speaker [Rumors]

This is my next is reporting that Bose will launch an oddly named speaker docking station called the Bose Chihuahua. It's supposed to be ultra small, compatible with your phone and will work with Bose's SoundLink tech.

The super small speaker will be unveiled next week and we'll be there to check it out. TIMN suggested it could be something like the Jawbone Jambox. [TIMN]

Sony's SA-NS 500 AirPlay Speaker: Room-Filling Sound from a Lampshade [Speakers]

Sony's new AirPlay-ready, lampshade-looking SA-NS 500 portable speaker looks like it's going to be pretty good. The SA-NS 500 has a four speaker array, a mid-range subwoofer, and gets 5-6 hours of battery life.

The Logitech Tablet Speaker

Let’s face it, tablet PCs don’t have the best speakers. So why not make them louder with the new Logitech Tablet Speaker.

The Tablet Speaker might look like it is only made for the iPad, but it is actually good for any tablet, thanks to the rubberized clip. So if you have a Galaxy Tab, Motorola Xoom, or any type of Android tablet, you should get it.

The Tablet Speaker uses a 3.5 mm audio cable connection, so it will work on smartphones, laptops, or any other type of device with a headphone jack. As for power, it has a built-in rechargeable battery that is good for about 8 hours worth of sound via USB charging.

I wonder if I could use it on my laptop, or would the weight of the speaker weigh my screen down until it is bent over flat. I guess that I would have to try it out in order to see what the result would be. Whatever the case, something tells me that we will be seeing a lot more tablet accessories like this in the future.

I’m not certain when the exact release date for the Logitech Tablet Speaker is, but you can pre-order it for a price of about $49.99.
