First NBC released a iPad app that allows you to view full episodes for free. Just download it now and start watching. Nothing special required. I love free stuff.
And now TNT and TBS have done the same, including movies too, although this requires to be subscribed to their cable channels through select providers. [NBC App, TNT App, TBS App via MacRumors]
